I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfies with your photo session or print products, I will do everything I can to make it right or your money back.
Defective prints or products will be reprinted and shipped to you at no cost.
If you have to return a product, customer is responsible to ship it back to me. Your shipping costs will be reimbursed.
If after 7 days, you are not happy with your final images and I have had the chance to reshoot, or reedit your images, you will get a refund within 14 business days.
